When asked on his decision to sponsor for Luke Taylor, the Chairman said: “I am Delighted to sponsor Luke this season. A Bergholt lad whose grown with the club and as Reserve team captain is banging on the door for the ones. Wonderful leadership and a player others should aspire to be like. A perfect example of player development working at EBUFC” He then followed up and mentioned the following about sponsoring Ben Yates: “I am very proud to be sponsoring Ben Yates for this season. Yatesy started at the club with the A team when I was manager and is now a first team regular. A strong striker with a great eye for goal whose worked his way through the club. Great lad and a proper green boy!”
