Established in 1981 in Colchester, G&C Timber & Joinery Ltd is a successful privately-owned timber merchant and manufacturer of high quality softwood & hardwood mouldings, bespoke joinery and MDF profiles to fit a wide spectrum of specifications, also holding Chain of Custody Certification, located near the A12 and paired with a FORs silver accreditation makes them the ideal choice to service customers throughout East Anglia, Southern England and London.

They offer top class softwoods from sustainable sources in Europe and North America; machined at our purpose-built mill and factory to the highest standard. Their highly trained and motivated tradesmen use traditional skills coupled to the latest technology and quality control techniques to produce joinery products exactly to customer specification.

G&C also offer a range of hardwoods including Sapele and American White Oak which they hold in stock; additionally they can source other materials such as Cedar, Maple and more, all machined to your requirements. Their customer base ranges from large national house builders to building contractors, joiners, specialist trades, local carpenters and the general public. Customers all have one requirement in common – the need for high quality, well-machined timber products, supported by efficient sales and customer service and a delivery system that is never compromised. Their experience and knowledge of timber accumulated through three decades of hands-on service, enables them to fully understand the needs and expectations of all our customers.
